Responsibilities:

1. Design & Detailing

Develop interior and exterior finishing plans (flooring, walls, ceilings, fixtures).

Select materials, colors, textures, and finishes (e.g., tiles, wood, stone, paint).

Create detailed drawings (joinery, millwork, custom furniture) and material specifications.

2. Coordination & Supervision

Collaborate with interior designers, contractors, and engineers to ensure design accuracy.

Oversee on-site execution to verify compliance with design and quality standards.

Resolve finishing-related issues during construction (e.g., material substitutions, workmanship defects).

3. Compliance & Standards

Ensure finishes meet safety, sustainability (LEED, WELL), and building codes.

Review samples, mock-ups, and prototypes before full-scale implementation.

4. Client & Vendor Management

Present finish options to clients and stakeholders.

Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans for custom solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Site Architect in construction or real estate development.
3. Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and finishing standards.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural and project management software.
5. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on-site.
8. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
